REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

 

COFFEE IS ABOUT BEING HAPPY!  If you are dissatisfied with your coffee in any way, we want to make it right. 

El Camino Coffee is a fresh product, and because of that, it is perishable.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns due to customer ordering mistakes.

If you have other issues or any dissatisfaction with your coffee, please contact us within 14 days of your order date to work out a solution.  Notify us via email at elcaminocoffee@gmail.com to give us your valued feedback. If there is an error with your order, we want to get it right as soon as possible.

For all returns and exchanges on El Camino Coffee merchandise, please notify us within 30 days of your order date. All returned merchandise must have the original packaging, unused, and all apparel must have no visible signs of wear.  Refunds will be promptly issued upon receipt. Non-returnable items include Gift Cards and Open Coffee Packs.  Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.  Refunds will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within five (5) days.
